SMS Program

Salt Lux City Transportation may send text messages to the mobile number you provide when you expressly opt in. Messages may include quote follow-up, reservation and trip updates, driver or pickup coordination, customer-service communications, and, only where separately consented to, promotional offers.

Your Consent

By checking an SMS consent box, replying with an opt-in keyword, or otherwise expressly agreeing to receive text messages, you authorize Salt Lux City Transportation to send SMS/MMS messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing transportation services.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, reservations, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for messages or data under your plan.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

Privacy and Data Use

We use your mobile number and messaging history to provide the communications you request, operate our services, and meet legal obligations. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to deliver messages only as needed to operate this program.

Eligibility and Carriers

You must be the authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
